Yoga-SessionsUnless otherwise indicated, all of Balance At Work’s yoga classes are ongoing, so you can start whenever you’d like. Drop-ins are always welcome!
First class $5

Workday De-Stress

Take some time for yourself. Anyone will benefit from this gentle Hatha series that is designed to target the areas of the body that suffer most from prolonged sitting and to provide a workout that will relieve stress and leave you feeling energized.
Beginner friendly.

  • Tuesdays before work (7:30-8:15am)
  • Thursdays after work (5:45-6:30pm)

10-class Pass: $135 (take any class you want; expires 12 weeks after 1st use)
First class: $5

Take the classes you want with a 10-class pass for $135!

These passes allow you to come and go to suit your schedule and expire 3 months after their first use. Price includes HST. This works out to $12/class before HST!

For those with unusual schedules or who are seeking extra personal support. Private and semi-private sessions are available for 30 to 90 minutes. Private and semi-private lessons are available most weekday mornings and afternoons.
