Intro to Meditation Workshop
Sunday, December 3rd, 2:00-4:00pm
Meditation provides an opportunity to slow down and create an inner calm that you can carry with you throughout the day or use to unwind at the end of a hectic day. In this workshop, I’ll guide an exploration of several different approaches to meditation to help you find one that works for you.
Please bring a firm pillow, meditation cushion, or meditation bench if you have one. You may also want to bring a blanket.
Filtered water and use of a yoga mat and towel included.
Note: A minimum number of participants is required for this workshop to run. Pre-registration is required.
