I’m pleased to offer lunch-hour yoga classes live-streamed through Zoom from 12:10-12:55 (EST) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays*.
Monday & Wednesday classes are beginner friendly with options to increase the challenge. Fridays are suitable for participants with moderate to high fitness levels.

Monday Gentle Yoga
Focus: Stretching & Relaxation
These classes involve gentle movement, stretching, and longer holds in relaxed poses to wake up the body and help you find flexibility and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels.
Wednesday Hatha Yoga
Focus: Full-body Stretch & Strengthen
These classes balance stretching with strengthening to relieve stress and leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and energized.
Beginner friendly with variations for all.
Friday Flow (Cardio)
Focus: Movement, Cardio, & Fun
These classes offer a solid cardio and full-body workout. More core and upper body emphasis than other classes.
Moderate-to-high fitness levels ideal but modifiable for all.
Sliding Scale Fees
I want to make yoga available to as many as possible.
Choose any of the 3 fee options below. All of them give you access to all classes for the current calendar month.
The average month has 12 classes, but this varies with holidays, month length, etc., and can range from 10-14.
Pay what you can or what you think is fair.
No questions asked and no need for you to explain your choice.

The Fine Print
- Full payment is required up-front.
- All prices include HST.
- Sessions are for 1 calendar month and end on the final day of each month. Unused classes do not carry over into the following month (reach out if you have medical or other life challenges, though).
Andrew Jobes is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500, eRYT-200) who has taught more than 3,000 yoga classes and workshops since 2013. He’s coordinated and taught yoga classes for the Robinson Place Lunch-hour Wellness Program since January 2017. Andrew owns and operates Balance At Work, which specializes in workplace wellness services, yoga classes, and workshops, as well as yoga and meditation for clients in addiction recovery or with mental health diagnoses. He worked for the MNRF for 10 years and understands the physical and mental stresses of the workplace. Andrew has completed 500-hour Hatha, 100-hour Vinyasa (Flow), 15-hour Trauma-sensitive, and 18-hour Love Your Brain (to help students with acquired brain injuries) Yoga Teacher Trainings and has provided educational presentation and led workplace wellness workshops and yoga classes for several Peterborough employers. He’s currently pecking away at an MA in Counselling Psychology as the next step in the ongoing evolution of his work.
