Resources to Support Healthy Living

Yoga Series

FULL Yoga series that we’ve done on Tuesdays for the past few months. About 25 minutes of Hatha, followed by about 30 minutes of Yin, then 5 minutes of Final Savasana.

Duration: 1 hour

Yoga series designed to help you RELAX. Great way to unwind at the end of the day or to reduce stress/anxiety.

Duration: about 15-20 minutes


Yoga series designed to ENERGIZE. Great way to start the day or to let go of anger.

Duration: about 15-20 minutes


Relaxation Techniques

This 6-page pdf describes some of the mindfulness-based breathing and meditation techniques we’ve used at the centre to help you de-stress and relax.
